BF%...no clue, never checked. My arms look awsome if I carry around 75lb dumbbells, so I know the shape is there.
I have tried concentration curls and squeezing at the top, tried suppination, tried hammer, heavy weight, light weight, you name it.
I put in good time at the gym, and give my body rest as well. I am consistently getting stronger, but I can't seem to develop a bicep peak, hell I would take a hill, but nothing at all. My arms are plenty big, but no definition in my bi's. Please help!!!
I'm very happy with the growth of my arms, chest, back and shoulders. Everything is solid, but now I can barely wipe my a$$. I was always very flexible, even when I was lifting regularly, but now I can't seem to loosen up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Pre-WO : 2 scoops jack3d / 10oz water
Post WO : 2 scoops whey / orange gatorade or snapple / banana
Depending on flavor of protein, post workout sometimes yoohoo and peanut butter
I have done a full go round of Hypertrophy training, and saw great results the first time around. I got real strong, real fast! I tried it again a few years ago, and wasn't as impressed.
Has anyone else experienced this?
