i had caliper and hydrostatic testing done for mine.
at 180 lbs i was 5%
and after bulking to 200 lbs i was at 7%
maintaining since then (a month ago) and just starting to bulk a bit more now.

like minute brown rice, its only precooked, is there anything wrong with it really? or any real big difference than uncooked brown rice?
sara, its all about mind over matter, the cravings will stop when you know you dont need it, and tell yourself that every time you think you want something
depends on the exercises you use, i myself have chest/bi, and do triceps on another day, but thats because i dont use flat bench for an exercise right now
it will help the mental game lol........ best thing to do after any cheat is get back on track the day after..... you dont get fat from 1 night of eating, but you do get fat if you keep on doing it every night
i dont feel a need to target my neck, the same as the obliques... if your standing and straining while you train, certain areas are definately getting enough with every set you do
