whoa... i actually heard its good to work out right after you wake up without eating anything

I've heard it's good to eat nothing before working out.. i don't eat anything i just take NO XPLODE right before my work out ...I'm going to start drinking a protein drink 30-45 minutes before my work out

what about eating nothing before work out? i heard working out on an emtpy stomach is best for fat loss..not too sure about muscle gain

I train my legs the same day I train my upper body, everything all together I usually just take the weekend off from working out and I've been watching what I eat I guess I should just work out every other day :hmmm:

I do that everyday...is that bad? and does doing cardio before weight training really help with weight loss? I thought it was the other way around...:confused:

you lose fat by breathing it out and urinating it. If you could drink and retain a gallon of water you would be about 8 lbs heavier even though you had not really taken in any more food calories. But assuming you are not dehydrated you will eventually excreet and sweat off that gallon of water...

P-funk, it was a joke what do you mean act like a 14 yr old and get treated like a 14 yr old? just because I'm young, doesn't mean I have to be treated any different anyone else...just my opinion on that, you might be whatever (older) age, that doesn't determine whether I'll treat you with...

i wanted to know about this too, read all about how you could only go for one thing at a time and not muscle gain and fat loss at the same time... i'm 5' 11' and weigh 185 .. have too much fat around the stomach...but don't want to lose muscle while dieting

Don't smoke (if you do) also heavy lifting won't be good for it... eat foods that are high in fiber and do more exercise in that area.. sit ups, knee ups, air bike...there are threads here that explain good abdominal workouts good luck...

why avoid prolonged use? i finished a bottle of N.O. XPLODE and just got another one ...it works well orange tastes like shit... fruit punch tastes good
