    Thanks Prince, I'll have to check those out and see if they are available in Canada. Does anyone else know? I was really interested to know if there were any specific foods, OTHER than supplements, that were of use in promoting the body's natural production of testosterone.

    The usual suspects, chicken breasts and baked potato, some vegetables and fruit for desert. For a snack, protein shake with banana and peanut butter mixed in.
