I lost 65 lbs doing this and at first it was a little hard. One thing is that you may be gaining muscle mass faster than you are losing body fat. As long as you are eating right and doing the workouts you are getting into shape.
I have my best workouts from 4:00 - 6:00 AM. I train at home and my 3 year old is always bugging me if I try it any other time of the day. Also, it takes me about 20 minutes to get my mind going, but once I do, I am able to give my best at this time.

I've been doing P90X / Insanity for almost 5 months and the addition of Insanity to the routine was a great help to dropping the weight. The cardio workouts are more intense in Insanity, but definitely doable. And since they are of shorter length, I will at times even double up on them.
