    it is all relative. whos to say that if you "train" all you are doing is becoming as fast as you were genetically programed to be. but instead of eating right your whole life you chose to eat McDonalds and stuff your face with apple pies.     i never have a spotter and have tried to add just one more small plate to no availe... i NEVER use collars on bench so if that hapopens i can dump the weighIt did bother me the first time i did it, after finishing the workout i went back inside the house and my wife asked what that loud noise...
