Waste of money for being 20. Didn't notice a single change when I took those myself at 23. Save your money and just eat more or buy more protein shakes:)
The body has a general nack at sucking up nurtients post workout. I've kept with a 2 scoop (50ish gs) approach myself. 1 scoop waking up, 1 scoop prior to bed.

Triceps are still involved just a reduced load on them. As wide as you feel comfortable. Going all the way down can be tricky depending how wide you are, have a spotter.

I tried the seated bicep curls, they're pretty good.
As for the close grip bench using only 1/3 of the ROM. I dont think so. Forearms? Personally I prefer sitting beside a bench with my hands over the end grasping a barbell and curling it. Kills the forearms.
