SLDL: 3 x 8 around 75....continue working on flex so these have better form and increase weight next week

Hammer Curls 1 x 8 @ 35, 2 x 8 @ 30
Barbell Curl: 3 x 10 @ 60 (10/8/7)
Planks: 3 x 45 sec -These were done on saturday but the edit feature is gone :)
My pee smells from asparagus too. I was worried I had some kind of problem with my kidneys at first! Anyways, the smell lessens when you are properly hydrated :)
I just take 2-4 capsules whenever i dont get fish in my meal. I think i take 6-10 a day, dunno if its right but thats what i do :). I eat a ton of fish tho........mmmmmmmm.....fish. Had some Mahi Mahi last night....it was ok. Halibut for lunch today ;). I love walmart they make frozen fish...
I eat a ton of rice.....i love mixing it with stuff :). But Rice all day every day would be sickening. I mix it up with oats and potatoes wohhoooo! If you used it as your only carb i would imagine you would be just fine. But you cant forget other essential foods ;)
BigDyl brains grilled after i shoot him with an awp, boom headshot, damn terrorists. Lots of protein :). P.S. This is not a murder threat, videogame scenario!
I feel the same way if i dont get enough carbs....actually if i dont get enough of any one thing i feel like shit. My body likes prot, carbs, fats, and even some fricken suger(the good kinds) :)
