at that cadence each rep is 5 secs so 10 reps is a 50 sec set , then 90 sec rest and go again 9 more times right? ... that means about 23 -24 minutes of one excersise...wow...anyone know the theory on this?

believe the little cartons of egg whites has a 2 week shelf life ....but should be kept chilled and then cooked ...don't eat raw ...that Rocky thing with the raw eggs is just plain risky imo...ever had food poisoning?
look for chocolate that is 70% cocoa, the more cocoa the more of the phytonutrients which fight disease
try the dark or semi dark/sweet chocolate from Switzerland etc which will have higher cocoa %ages....
