I have a cheat meal everynow and then. About 2 weeks ago on a Saturday I ate an entire Dominoes Pizza. Afterwards I felt like shit, physically and mentally but funnily enough, that week I lost 2 kilos :D

I am telling the truth mate. I just measured them right then. Like I said, I have always had big calve muscles. They look pretty out of proportion to the rest of my body :D
