    Omega Burn

    i think so. i use their creatine and its pretty good the quality is really awsome its also nearly 100% and nothing else. So what does this Omega burn do?

    Malic acid and Creatine?

    I've been wondering. I mix my creatine with dilutable fruitcrush and it has malic acid in the ingredients i would like to know if that affects the creatine? Oh and before i forget what other things in juices affect creatine apart from asorbic acid(i know at least that one).:confused: :)

    Try not to have carbs down to low on you diet if you trying to gain mucsle and lose fat cuz your body will hang on to the fat it does get and won't let go because you have'nt got enough energy to move! so eat a good amount of carbs.

    Muscle Gain vs. Fat Loss

    Its really a careful balance of diet (calories), training and cardio work. If you have got the mass then focus a little bit more on cardio and diet, but keep your weight training the same. Then you should be able to lose fat and gain muscle(a bit slower) it also depends on genetics too.

    Pain in the knee!!

    It could also be the crux ligaments (the one's that hold your femur and tibia together) you have to watch these very carefully other wise you could have a permenant disability! And go see a docter now! :thumb: :thumb:

    to improve on muscle density you should concentrate on the negatives of the rep then go light and really go for the pump then try and lose BF for definition.

    You could also do head raises for eg: get a mat fold it up and put it on your face then lying on your back raise the weight you have put on the folded mat and for the front of your neck reverse the process. You can also do this type of exercise for the sides of your neck as well.

    For shrugs the head should only be lowerd slightly for more isolation.

    All very well and good, but please don't overtrain the lower back it causes so many problems like muscle cramps, crushed vertabrae and muscle spasms oh i nearly forgot i can shorten the tendons/muscles very easily. Take care!:p
