Just waiting to get talked to again. I had to move my desk for him to keep a better eye on me. That wasted 4 hours of my day. I could have been eating, damnit.
2 days back in the office and I still eat my meals. I get some dirty looks from the boss. but this boss has told me good job on health changes. I was 310 lbs over half fat. So I don't know how he can expect me to eat a shickers or a bag of chips.
I don't think the boss would be that reckless about it. we'll see at 10:30 when I pull out the 3lb bag of broccoli to snack on. In all reality he will wait for a different day to bring it up, a day with out donuts, cookies, or any snacks.

No I explained to him that I was snacking on something healthier. And that I require food more times of the day because I was choosing to eat healthier and it requires a lot more food to get the calories I need then if I were to eat junk food.

The day quoted is at 1500 cal. I should probable be at, what, 2200? This is already a lot of food and comparable to what I usually eat minus junk food. So if I add another 6 oz of chicken breast and another 2 cans of tuna every day; and maybe a cup of cottage cheese on different days.
