    Compression 30 minutes at a time, Ice 30 minutes at a time and stretch it 3 times a day (sretch and hold don't bounce) for a strain if you pulled it you need to see a docter. I pulled a hamstring last winterand used this method I was running again in a couple weeks.

    I like to plend 5 eggs and half a can of SPAM. I chopp the other half of the SPAM and put it in the egg, SPAM mix to make spamm and cheese omlette, top with salsa or BBQ sauce. MMM MMMMMMM GOOD
