    I actually had tendonitis in my elbow from vball back in high school and wasnt allowed to do lateral raises for like 4 weeks (like that stopped me!). But when I did them, the pain was just phenomenally bad! Im right there with you. It SUCKS!! Yes, there are very few exercises I can cheat on. :)...
