    Its not so much that you are scrawny, but you just lack definition. You should try some different exercises if you have been doing the same routine because it is not yielding much tone. Obviously more muscle mass will help you out a lot as well. I can see potential though.

    Yeah I guess if you get everything and anything on the burger it will go up to 25g. But it is still hard to believe. And it does still have a crap load of fat, you might get overweight before you gain any real muscle off of just eating these burgers, but if given a choice I guess Wendy's does...
