    45 cents is a good price but then you add in shipping it sucks. I bought some iron for 49 cents locally and thought I got a great deal. Fitnessfactory.com does sell iron but I've never priced out their shipping cost's.

    Seated cable row question.

    I always get my lower back into the seated cable row with a V bar. I have been told lately that you should not work your lower back or bend forward and pull back with some back motion. What do you think? Lower back or keep it straight?

    Do I need a fat burner?

    Like W8 said, lower your carbs and more protein and fat. Drink 1 gal of water a day. Your working out enough and your calories are low enough, you should be dropping pounds. Look at your foods and educate yourself about what foods have high carbs in them. Get a whey protein supplement powder...

    I do a 2 day split that hits all muscle groups twice a week. I like it and yes it's intense. To each his own though. I sometimes take off a cardio day and always consume high protein on my cardio/off days to re-group. For me it's impossible to drive to the gym everday, so I have a nice setup...

    I have a glass of cabernet almost every night. Gave up beer awhile ago. I don't think having a couple of beers on the weekends will hurt either. 200+ calories in every beer, 110 in a glass of red wine.

    How often do you work out?

    I do weights every other day with a little cardio in between. So I'm one of those 6~7 day a week crazy guys! I'm a 3x10, 3x8 dude also.
