    No no, you got it all wrong. PB and marmite, the best combo about. Though, you guys probably don't have marmite, you probably hve Vegemite or another yeast extract. I eat two PB & marmite sandwiches a day, must be why i can't get as cut as I'd like!!!!!!!!

    What should I do to get cut

    I've always found that when bulked up, the best way to get cut is introduce enough cardio into your workouts (not too much if looking for high muscle mass) and high repetitions on lower weights will tone muscles and burn surrounding fat.

    While recently working out on the Pec Dec i hurtmy neck pretty bad, severe shooting pain in the head also; the headaches lasted 2 weeks.
