    i think milk would have plenty of carbs in it for a pwo wouldnt it? something like 20g of natural sugars (lactose) idk... i just mix my whey with skim milk seems to be working pretty well for me

    i guess if you wanna get that one last rep out and cant quite do it then a little push might get it done, lets say you push with 10 pounds or pressure, and your working with 300 pounds, thats still a 290lb rep... but then again, im sure its bad for the knees

    agreed soreness may also be cause by the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles i noticed this type of soreness after i do intense, but semi-cardiovascular type excercise like lets say sprints alot of people will ice there muscles after doing excercises that they have associated with...

    yeah.. i noticed that when i look in the mirrior in my room my abs look lopsided... but then about 5 minutes later i realized that a) my mirror and my overhead light arent lined up b) my mirror doesnt face straight back at me and most shockingly c) one side of my face is taller than the other...

    this is a good question but my answer would be - if you are talkiung about losing fat and gaining muscle, you are probably conserned about your bf%... get it low, then bulk... if you study up, and get your stuff straight you can minimize muscle/strength lose, to probably close to none

    i did 17 today... im not bragging about anything, im in a bodybuilding forum, and i weigh 160lbs... i have no bragging rights but when it comes to pullups, i believe i should be viewed as an equal regardless of my spelling/grammer mistakes, and size and 27 was a personal best, it happened...

    yeah... judjing by my photo?? when i was 8 in PE i failed misurably in front of my intire class to do a single pullup my dad and i built a pullup bar, and for the past 11 years ive been doing calisthenics just because i dont have 20 inch bi's doesnt mean i cant pull my own body weight...

    i do pullups every other day i just do them to failure one set of about 20 sometimes less, sometimes more my personal best is 27 without dismounting but i dont normally approach that number unless i have taken a few days to rest the world record is 57 in one minute last time i checked...
