The regimen that i am on is only for two weeks.. But you are deffinitely right about deadlifts they do blow you the hell up.. I will be doing flat bench and deads in 2 weeks... I try to be as strict as possible when doing those exercises then again I try to keep my intensity...
Ok I took my body fat first thing this morning as soon as i got out of bed and it read 8.3% I dont know how acurate that is since i took it myself....lol with one of those digital calipers.....
Also just to give you an Idea of what my Diet is like this is what i consume through out the Day...

Its been a while since i have logged on to the site and posted any questions or comments I may of had... But Now this time I have been focusing on a goal which i think its possible but I know how much hard work its gonna be...
I am starting this journal...
About 4 - 5 times a week
I usually train 4-5 times a week with weights and cardio but at times I decrease it to 3 -4 depending on what my body feels like..:thumb:

I have taken a spin class once cause I had a friend that was a spin instructor at the same gym wher i was personal training my clients....She asked so I took the class and by the end of it I started to see jesus...Its real cool but not for me...
I have also trained...
i drink coffee all the time
I drink it like a half hour before I hit the gym...
Especially when I do legs...
A good combo is drink your coffee get psyched and go full steam ahead....Tear the weights apart with no remorse....:thumb: :hot: :grin:

What works best for me if i train early in the AM is:
For cardio train on an empty stomach
For weight training eat like a protein bar with a glass of water and wait like 20 to 30 min before training...So if you go in at 7:30 eat at 7 and watch some cable tv or get psyched for...
Well I am neither both but,I know that diuretics help remove water....Last summer I was aked to pose for a photographer. so I gave my self a months time to drop enough weight where I would start to see definition...But I wanted more results in a quick time so I started to take diuretics...

Last summer I used taraxatone from cytodyne technologies and i found that it helped me lose the last few lbs of water...But i just wanted to know how i should go about using this product or any diuretic as far cycling the amount i take and days ...
I totally agree with gopro f those that look at you and just train like you have never trained before...I use a cd player with the caselogic cd holder strapped to my waist and another case for 5 more discs just in case i want to change music... Just Train and dont look back...
I always get the health food thats on the menu cause it comes with no salt,oil,corn starch and brown sauce on the side....
what ever order you get it will be alittle more but its worth it...
