    i had the pinch test done on me in wrestling, and the online calc said 22.62% waist size about 33, could be 32 i didnt measure too accurately... yet i am still:confused:

    wrestling, you have to do it for ur alpha wiegh in... as for squats, doesnt that stunt ur growth or some bs like that? and no im not gettin abs to get laid, but for the plain fact that i have about 23% body fat....*goes off to find his digital camera*
