id just train each muscle once a week, except abs. Maybe its just me, but that seems faily low volume for your chest. durin the week you could end up doin more sets for your 'wrists' than your chest

I posted a similar thread a couple of months ago. I was told close grip bench press and skull crushers were good exercises, but it was also very dependant on diet and if your "big" enough to have them show.
Im not really an 'expert', but looks alright to me except for some minor things. id say do squats instead of leg press, but leg press might be alright. Maybe do bent over barbell rows or cable rows for your back aswel. What are your goals? If your looking to bulk up then id do a bit less cardio...
I think by burning that many calories in that time youll burn up alot of muscle aswel as fat. Asfor calories in food i think its 4 calories in every 1 gram of protein and the same for carbohydrates and then 9 calories in every 1 gram of fat.
I thought it was weaker on a mg to mg basis with dbol since you can get good results from dbol at 20-50mg a day but with anadrol its more like 50-150mg a day. Is it easier on your hair than dbol since it doesnt convert to DHT? Also read somewhere that 100mg of anadrol isnt a whole lot worse for...
