    Dont worry, your only 13.When I was 13 I was 4'10" and about 110 pounds.Then I just had a period of growth and was 5'11" by the time I was 18.Same will happen to you, youll have a sudden growth spurt and fill out grand.Like someone else said already, you should just eat lots (and lots) of good food.

    [ Yeah same here.Class party about 4 weeks,celebratin exam results.Drank way to much and dont drink much anyway so I didnt remember anything; some embarassing stuff and good stuff (apparently), which culminated with me waking up in the middle of a roundabout with no shoes.:( Same here...

    Another Over-Training Question...

    Well i usually only did presses and over head extensions, but it is intense, seriously.I can get my chest,biceps,legs and abs really pumped, but my tris and shoulders are really difficult.Its rare that theyde be sore next day.Thanks for the advice, Ill start doin S.C.'s and C.G. benches next...

    I dont get this either.People say if ya train each muscle twice a week then keep the volume/intensity down a bit, but i could train my triceps for example and do 12-15 sets before id get a good pump goin on.But if i did the "recommended" amount of sets id be doin 6 or so and gettin no stiffness...

    Bulking breakfast for a 19 yr old who finds it hard to put on weight

    I find it pretty hard to gain weight aswel so i started eating big breakfasts.Bowl of cereal,protein shake, couple of nutri grain bars, apple and about 2 or3 hours later(if I dont have this at the same time a the other stuff) id have 3or4eggs (with only 1 egg yolk/yellow bit).

    Does anyone know the best exercises to achieve that horse shoe appearance (or whatever its proper name is) on your tris?My outer tris are well defined, its more my inner tris(part closest your rib cage) I need to work at.

    What do women think of mens stretchmarks

    Ive never touched AS, just really high protein diet.I got my biggest stretchmark when i was starting out when i was 18 and i got more over next 2 years and im sure ill get more with time.
