    Ah k thanks so the "body building" routine....for 6 weeks..ie 2 of those cycles.....approx how long should I reset for? Is it ok just to do cardio still in that week of rest just not weight train is going for 9 weeks too much?

    I was the same as you like a couple months ago.....I found that working out is obviously important but for the love handles and stuff diet is huge.... for me I started with consistancy in the diet first without hardly working out , worked out once or twice a week...but changing from like 1 or 2...

    Thanks yeah I did negative chin ups at the gym today...Its just in my youth I always worked out my core/legs for the sports I was in rather then my upperbody so my chin ups never have been very good.... I know I'll get it eventually, thanks again guys

    Yeah ive been doing alright so far.....I dont go for max bench though its just when I have a spotter I tend to squiize in another rep or two more and then like on the 3rd I need help, whenever I have a spotter I usually go as men reps and he'll always have to step in thanks guys
