    One bigger, other smaller.

    MY left chest is bigger than my right. I evened it a bit by concentrating on my right side more during a rep, making sure I "squeezed" the right chest hard as I could at the top of the rep. It evened out a bit, but not completely. My wife only noticed after I pointed it out.

    Do you like fat people?

    I just hate fat people when they sit next to me on the train or bus. Hey, I paid for my seat, so keep your ass out of it! Should I be all squished for the whole ride cause you can't lay off the Cheetos? But other than that it doesn't bother me.

    nahhhh.....I been liftin for 5 years....I know when somethin is working and when it isn't. I hear what you're saying, that it could just be that I "think" I have more energy and so I lift better, but no, it definitely works. Give it a shot and you'll see what I mean.

    How many excersizes/reps do you do a day?

    Never heard of that kind of diet. Sounds really limited. Ever heard of Chicken? Fish? Egg whites? Wheat bread? Vegetables?

    Push ups

    Pushups, in my opinion, do have a place....like at the end of a chest workout to finish off. They are a good finishing exercise. I don't think doing pushups every morning, in addition to doing a chest workout once a week, would do anything for you and might even cause you to overtrain.

    Summer Bench Program

    Flyes with 60lb dumbells, yet you only bench 175 for 6 reps? I'd check on your form with the dumbell flyes. If you're using 60 in each hand, you probably aren't doing "real" flyes. I've seen some really big dudes using less than that.... If you don't fo flyes corrrectly, don't do them at all.

    Are you thin and don't gain weight easily? If so, the quantity of food you eat can help. I used to think I ate alot, but I never gained weight.     Creatine and Cutting

    I agree. With me Creatine tends to give a slightly swollen, less defined look. Not terribly so, but it does hide some definition. I personally cut creatine out for the summer, and then begin again in like Sept. This way i can get a little extra cut for the beach.

    High protein, strict diet, with cardio/ exercise? From your pics you don't really have anything to lose. Most guys like SOME meat on a woman. You look pretty good. Toning up is maybe all I could possibly recommend. Good luck!
