    When you go out to eat....what things do all of you try to order or avoid? I try to order the right stuff, but going out to eat, is a real challenge...     I have some friends that one set goes bike riding and the other goes roller blading. Both say one is better then the other. I have been thinking of taking up one of them becuase the cardio on the old machine is getting boring. Which do you think gives you better Cardio work out?

    Yep, its amazing I was that big, I look back at some of the old pics and some of the old pants I wore and I think...."Dang... thats alot of cotton...you could make two or three pants out of that" I will never get like that again.

    I have taken xenadrine and Hydroxycut...and found that I can take them up to two months and the last week of the month I am maxing the dosage. After the two months I have to cycle 2 or 3 weeks off of both and then they start working for me again.

    I take it on all days.... Do you ever cycle off.. I cycle off and then load again, that seems to work really well for me.
