    Add a few triples and doubles into your routine. I'd make sure I have a someone to spot me on a double, though.

    There's no way I could talk a power nap for 15 - 20 minutes. I wouldn't want to wake up from such a short rest, and if I did, I'd feel really tired for the next few hours.

    No, I'm not kidding about the ones in my gym doing just that and looking good. You'd think weights were kryptonite to most of them. I guess some people just have it easier than others.

    All of the good looking women/girls at my gym do is cardio. They never do weights, except for maybe some leg curls and that butt blaster thing. Sometimes I wish I could get away with just doing that.

    I usually just tak 4 or 5 days off sometimes. For some reason, I'm always a little weaker when I take a full week off and go back to working out.
