My best accomplishments were at the start of Summer.
I finally managed to do a pullup (3 actually). I used to could only get about halfway up before failure.
My bench was up to 350, and my Military Press was up to 200.
I say was, because a few weeks after putting those numbers up, my shoulder...

There's no way I could talk a power nap for 15 - 20 minutes. I wouldn't want to wake up from such a short rest, and if I did, I'd feel really tired for the next few hours.

All a girl has to do is get a tan, and walk around in a pair of shorts and a small top on to get guys drooling.

No, I'm not kidding about the ones in my gym doing just that and looking good.
You'd think weights were kryptonite to most of them.
I guess some people just have it easier than others.
All of the good looking women/girls at my gym do is cardio.
They never do weights, except for maybe some leg curls and that butt blaster thing.
Sometimes I wish I could get away with just doing that.
I also train twice a week on each muscle.
I've taken a whole week off before and been off by a rep or two on a few lifts when I go back to the gym.
I guess that's kinda strange, since a lot of people stress the importance of letting your body rest, but I've always been weaker after I take too...
