    Today my muscles were achey, probably due to depleted glycogen stores, energy average, but I am on a break from training right now too, I don't know what this would be like if I was lifting. I have been drinking coffee :D Thursday I'll re-introduce carbs into my diet.

    I just buy the plain old generic kind at my local discount grocery store for 39 cents a can. Costs me 18 bucks for 48 cans. Dolphin safe, but what do I care, I've eaten and actually like dolphin :D

    Today is day 1. So far I have 6 cans in me (a few more to go before bedtime), a multi-vitamin/mineral twice, and I have my Metamucil to look forward to tonight, yummy, that'll be my highlight of the day :D.
