I worked out in the EAS gym the weekend before it got dismantled and sent to their new owners (Abbott in Ohio). EAS still pushes the whole Body for Life Challenge which in itself is a great marketing thing for their product. Just sad to see the whole original Colorado start up get sold and...

Started Phase 3 today but will post my past workouts...
yeah, I just saw that ostrich today... Interesting, might have to try it next time. I cook the buffalo on the George T. Grill and I think it cooks out a lot of the fat. Comes out way leaner then the lean beef. You can tell because it is so dry.
Well I thought that I was going to have some serious DOMS from back but just soreness the next day. Again though I would be seriously sore after legs. But I feel pretty good today.
