    Cardio vs lifting

    Just make sure you do your 20 mins of cardio after your lifting or you will use up 'glycogen' 'carbs in muscle' thats needed for lifitng..after you have lifted you will have used up all you 'glycogen' stores and then when u hit the cardio next you will burn 'fat'..

    I also liked some of there stuff and used Anthoney Clarks up your MASS weight gain powder, I packed on a Solid 25lbs over 4 months while taking and eating lots of food.
