    chicken dilemma

    I actually get tandoori masala from an indian store and follow those directions. If you've never had tandoori chicken before, you have no idea what your missing. It is amazing! I pop it in the oven for cooking purposes. I don't have a George Foreman grill! :D

    Started going back to the gym on Sept.11 (of all dates) and since then, I've increased my benching weight by 100 pounds. And just recently started losing my gut since going on this "eat lots of protein 4 times a day diet" woohoo. I'm feeling good. :D

    I'm not sure what the difference is between a health club and a hardcore gym asides from maybe alot of equipment for weight lifting? Anyhow the health club I go to (Premier Fitness) has TONS of weight lifting equipment.

    Cheese question

    Doesn't Mozarella cheese have the lowest amount of fat per serving compared to other run of the mill cheeses like Cheddar, etc.? Cause, I can't live without my weekly pizza! :D

    Do you drink?

    I don't drink anymore. However, when I did drink beer I noticed that my abs became rock solid for some reason and the next morning, I could feel my abs constricting. I never understood that.
