    alright .. so why tuna in oil vs tuna in water..as a newbie..I always thought tuna in water was better. What are the advantages with the tuna in oil vs it in water ( btw. I havent actully looked to see what the oil in canned tuna is exactly - is it tuna fish oil or some mixture )

    hm. I do split with my sleeping.. two to three hours in the am. wake let the dog out eat something clean and anything else I need to get done then back down for a nap before work for two -three hours depending on time I have left..then its a fullnights work .. which varies from eight hours to 12...

    I find that happens to me some nights at work.. I walk out and my arms are still tight and it takes me a while to even get my keys out to open my door.. I was told it was due to the lenght of time I hold a postion and how tense I keep them , needing to move more and get the circulation going in...

    Nick.. sometimes a laugh is the best thing someone else can use :) Thanks again. GetnHuge, Nothing truer , getting in the gym is more then most are doing. btw. I am training at home vs the gym although I do miss the gym and odds are I will rejoin in a few months have to get my car fixed...
