1st Cycle - Any advice?

What's up everyone,

I'm 19 years old (almost 20) and have been training on and off since I was 14 and very consistently for the past year (the last 10 months I've been in the gym 7 days a week). I'm about to start my first cycle in a couple weeks and already have a general plan but would like some feedback/advice from people that have experience with AAS. My buddy who has done a few cycles already recommended I get test prop, d-bol, and clomid for PCT. They're in the mail on their way. I'm sitting at 8% bodyfat, 182lbs, and 5'11". My diet and training is spot on. Lean meats, healthy fats, complex carbs. A typical breakfast for me consists of 8 eggs(2-3 yolks) with mixed veggies, 2 packets of oatmeal, a handful of almonds, and a double protein shake. For lunch, I usually have a thick turkey sandwich on multi-grain, an apple/orange, and a chicken breast along with some greek yogurt and either some organic peanut butter or another handful of almonds. For dinner I'll usually have two more chicken breasts (8oz approximately) or 2 fish filets, a whole wheat bagel, two slices of multi-grain bread, or 2 sweet potatoes, broccoli, and another double protein shake with milk. (I've actually been eating more than this since I recently started bulking) Getting about 300g of carbs, 280g of protein and 120g of fat. I recently successfully cut down from 190-80 in 6 weeks without losing any strength which puts me at 8% bf which is where I'm at now. I know I have a lot more natural gains to make, and I originally wanted to wait to use AAS until I hit 200lbs 8% bf naturally. But after seeing what my friends first cycle did to him, I simply couldn't resist.

I'm going through with this. I love lifting and I will be lifting till the day I die AAS or not. It is my favorite thing to do and health and fitness is my passion.

My current plan is inject 100mgs prop EOD, 40mg d-bol ED, and use clomid if any signs of bitch tits or any other feminie qualities appear. I plan on using clomid for my PCT of course as well. I'm no expert, however, and after all the research I've done I still think it's necessary to get some personal advice from people who know what they're talking about. (I realize I should wait till I'm more like 21+ to start AAS, as I've heard a lot of people say.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your buddy must not have done his research and neither have you.... what AI will you be running with the prop and dbol???

Why are you asking for our advice again? It seems at 19 years old you have it all figured out. From your first post it doesn't sound like you would listen to us anyway.

I highlighted what stands out to me as concerns.
You haven't gotten any real replies yet because you come off like a know it all, and its blatantly obvious your "research" is lacking.

Your diet sucks, you eat 3 meals a day, Im guessing your oatmeal is that sugar filled quaker flavored crap. In each one of your 3 meals you have "real" protein followed by a double protein shake (im assuming you mean 2 scoops). Your carb sources are all bread? wtf! Have you heard of rice, pasta, yams/sweet potatoes. Your lunch is a sandwich? I highly suggest before you even consider taking AAS you research a bodybuilder diet and what it looks like If your training is as bad as your diet which Im guessing it is you are getting in way over your head and not going to see any results even close to what you want. AAS isnt some magic drug that adds on lbs and lbs of lean body mass. Think of it as a supplement you add in when everything else is spot on, otherwise you are just wasting your money/time/effort.

Now I am a huge believer in a test only first cycle. Be it prop or enanthate, doesn't really matter. You want to add in one drug each cycle so you know what its effects on your body are and how you respond to said drug. Your also planing on running prop so you will see gains fairly quickly, Im assuming you are using the dbol to "jumpstart" the cycle (which is something else I wont even get into right now because I believe jumpstarting is dumb).
Why are you planning on using clomid as an AI? In your research have you heard of aromasin or arimidex?

Your 185lbs, 19 years old you have plenty of natural gains to make. I suggest you save the gear and dont be impatient. You will thank me later for this advice I am giving you. It is so blatantly obvious you are not ready to take AAS. You have a ton of research to do!

I dont even care that your 19, if you were 37 and wrote this post Id say the same thing.
 
I was going to chime in but its all been said. Your diet is shitty. Clomid is not an ai.
PLease read the stickys in the AZ section and rethink your entire plan.

I wouldnt start that young homie especially since your diet and knowledge about AAS is way off. If you eat 5000cal a day on a lean bulk diet and lift like your life depended on it, heavy with 8-12 reps, you will get great gains naturally and surpass that 200lb mark. You need to do more research and stay away from AAS until you understand the compounds and the proper ways in which to train on them etc. Please listen to the guys here, they are only looking out for your best interest. U dont wanna end up with gyno and a non working d**k
