i am 5 foot 6 135 pounds and will be 21 years of age next month. i am looking into a small 4 week cycle(supplier is limited) of 40 to 50 mg of d bol a day. i am new at this and will not be doing aas for a long amount of time actually prolly will never use them again but this one cycle but want to make sure i do safely and correctly. i have a good friend puttin me on this stuff but would like input from elsewhere(idc if your yelling at me or bitching) also was wondering about pct i will talk to my guy about this but was wondering about nolvadex if that would help? i am new at this just have a friend trying to teach me but like i said i want further input before i chance on messing my one and only body up. if your wondering why i want to use d bol anyway its because i hit a plateau i wana get over. also i workout 5 days a week rest 2. eat at the least 3 meals a day 8 oz of protein 2 carbs per meal. i do take protein shakes. anything else you need to kno plz ask like i said i'm new to the aas world
It is a mistake to do so young man.. i feel like you may be thinking i'll eat great for a few months and then do this stuff but thats not what anyone on here was recommending.. TRUST ME i wish i had people telling me what you are being told now...

thanks alot matt that was very very helpful. i can get nolvadex if that helps? also do do you think if i take 30-40 mg of d bol a day for 4 weeks as long as i pop either all 3 or 4 in the morning, when i stop, will still have fully functioning LH and FSH values in normal range? also ive been training on and off for a year now been hittin it heavy for 3 to 4 months now 5 days a week take weekends off for recovery

I would love to recommend our products as safe and minimal suppressive as they are , but at 135 lbs --- you need to bust your ass under the squats rack and at the dinner table more.

i mean i already have the blue hearts i only have 70 of them tho. but yes i am waiting til i gain naturally. also i dont understand why i would need to pin test when i produce enough? i am a beginner so i'm just asking![]()
\I done my first cycle at 21. If you study and read about them properly and understand the effects. Then who am i to stop you ? What i will do is advise you and say stay away. Your height weight...not good enough. Your knowledge...Rubbish..How long have you been training and dieting seriously ? Hit the Gym 4-5 times a week and Eat until you want to be sick you will be on your way in no time. Once you are 180+ and understand the effects of diet and training and have a set goal. Read learn and then go for your first cycle !
I also did my first cycle at 21.
However i got my body to 220lbs at 14% bf natty before i even thought i was ready. I had 7 dedicated years to the gym, never missed more than a few weeks consecutively. The year before i wrestled at 189lbs....
Shortly after my first cycle i entered my first body building contest at 195lbs
I also knew i wanted to do aas 3 years prior to doing them when i entered college. Those 3 years i did nothing but read, and research, and learn.... and to this day i still am doing those things and still dont have 1/4th the knowledge of some of the people on this forum.
