I???m planning my second cycle, intending to start Spring next year.
First, here???s the stats: 36yrs young, 195lbs, 5???8, 11% BF. I???ve been training for about 8 years.
My first cycle was:
Weeks 1-12 600mg Test E split
Weeks 1-4 50mg DBol split
Weeks 10-14 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 10-14 100mg Masteron EOD
PCT Nolva (40/40/20/20) & Clomid (100/50/50/50)
Adex on cycle as needed (it wasn???t much)
More compounds than is recommendedfor a first run, I know, but an under-dosed bottle of Test E was threatening to de-rail my cycle. I gained about 17 pounds, and have kept 14 (so far!) And I???m a good bit stronger.
For my second cycle, I want to continue to gain in lean muscle mass with a minimum of bloat. I???m planning to run:
Weeks 1-4 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-14 500mg Test E split mon/thurs
Weeks 1-12 500mg Equipoise split mon/thurs
Weeks 15-16 100mg Test Prop EOD
PCT Nolva (40/40/20/20) & Clomid (50/50/50/50)
Adex (or maybe Aromasin) on cycle as required.
My diet is pretty much sorted - plenty of chicken, beef and tuna, complex carbs, and low fat. I'll also be supplementing with VitC, Glutamine, and BCAAs. What do you guys think?
