Hey guys, I am an avid lifter and I have to spend 6 weeks in the field doing geology work in a couple months. I will not have access to a weight room for 6 whole weeks and I am wondering if there is a way to maintain my size.
Anywho, what do you guys think would work best? I am guessing I will be buying resistance bands and doing a shit ton of pushups, situps, "rock jumps" etc... hahaha. This will be very different from how I usually train. I am just paranoid that I am going to lose a large amount of weight over this 6 week period
