Another simple question not easily answered in black and white.
I read today in Muscle and Fitness magazine about the infamous hammer curl. It says it targets the long head and is the bigger part of the biceps muscle.
Now Ive done this workout before, but I thought it mostly did the forearms. As I read I was kinda wrong. So if this workout should always be incorporated into the bideps workout, how heavy should one go? Beginning of the workout or end? Mine was always near end.
It also says this long head is the *peaker* muscle. My guns arent cut so maybe taking this workout more seriously would help out. No?
