A few days ago I noticed when I stretched or moved my right foot a certain way I got such great pains I had to sit down. Then today in the gym I got it again and asked a trainer. He said I may have something wrong with my tenden and to be careful or I could seriously hurt myself. But I do not know how I could have hurt it and was wondering what I should do? Is there like any certain stretches or anything I could do to help it out? ANY help would be great, if I screw it up and can't lift for a while I'm gonna get really pissed so I wanna take care of the problem before it gets worse. Thanks!
