has anyone used anavar to finish off a cut cycle? ideal dose, length of time? currently running test prop, mast, and tren and was thinking about finishing it off with 4 weeks of anavar @ 75mg/ED.

What's your stats bf% and maybe a pic that would help to answer the question.

5'9", 185, currently around 8%. still have about 8 weeks to go and looking to get bf down around 4-5%

If those stats are true, you can start it at anytime, but I would hold off until the very end.

Yes, I was going to hold off until the last 4 weeks.

I kickstarted w/ winstrol @ 100/ED. Would a winstrol/anavar finisher be overkill, or just use one or the other?

I am preparing for a show in June

If it were me I would run both at the very end, 100mg each. Make sure you've got liver protection and take some slow release niacin along with some fish oil.

thanks for the advice. i use a complete cycle support, and eat fish at least 3 times a week. how many weeks would you recommend running the anavar and winstrol?

While I'm on the Tren, Mast and Prop I start the win and var about 5-6 weeks out at about 30mg each. The last 2-3 weeks you can bump that up but it really depends on how you structure your cycle. I think this time I'll do the higher dose on the orals the last week or so and drop the oils. If I was going to use a diuretic I would keep the oils but I'm just going to use an OTC and do sodium and water manipulation instead.

If you're doing just one or the other I would do at least 100mg, especially considering this is for a contest. I would go so far as to say you could even do 100mg of EACH the last 1-2 weeks precontest. If you decide to use both though I would say stick to 50mg each until the very end where you could bump it up even higher if you choose. Of course diet is the key for contest prep, but assuming you have that dialed in already your cycle looks solid. You should be able to make 5% I think if you're truly around 8% now, either way good luck brother and post some pics if you can come contest time :)

After seeing your photo, I think 4-5 weeks would work very well for you.

Those orals are going to destroy your lipids, so use the fish oil and niacin, your body will thank you.

Thanks again for the continued advice. It is much appreciated. Dosage for the fish oil and niacin?

3g Niacin, and it HAS to be the slo release. Fish oils should be 3-5 caps with every meal. Once you stop the orals continue with the Niacin and fish oils for an additional 2-3 weeks at 1/2 the dose.

you are going to do awesome bro I can tell already by your pic, IMO if you only compete once in a while its ok to push the limits a bit for a precontest cycle. I wouldn't normally say two orals is ok and especially not 100mg win and 100mg var, but for just two weeks or less at the end of your prep before stepping on stage, with proper ancillaries I think you will be fine. Alternatively tren alone will do almost everything you need, if you are worried about your lipids you can compensate by upping your dosage of tren and lowering the orals without really sacrificing anything in terms of what you will look like on stage imo

LOL, tren will destroy your lipids as well.

lol I meant to say liver, yes tren is no good for lipids either

Why does it have to be slow release niacin, and can it be no flush niacin? I have read on forums people saying slowed or time release niacin does not work as well as plain instant realease niacin. I'm not a doctor nor are arguing with you, but I usually take 1000 mg daily of regular niacin once daily and have to deal with that flush for 30-45 min. If the slow release will work better and have less or no flush I would switch over immediately. And I'm talking about supplements not Niaspan, the prescription version. Any input would be appreciated.

Slow release works instant doesn't. A few different studies point this out. Check out www.pubmed.com for the studies done.

Yes, the flush is intense and can suck for most but it is what it is.

do you take 3G of slow release all at once or a couple times throughout the day?
