Another rant, please help

I've been doing some research on steriods and the stuff I read is not positive! And it does not seem the gains you would make from a cycle will stay so it's not worth the risk. Point me to some sites that support steriods guys.
 
Personally i think steroids can be bad or good :shrug:

Bad:
-may make muscles grow so fast that they rip your tendons and cause joint pain
-shrinking balls
-obvious physical side effects (acne, rage, etc)
-may turn into an obsession to get big and your idea of "big" may become warped....its the small man syndrome
-not great on kidneys or heart or blood pressure

Good:
-boost confidence
-builds strength
-boosts sexual appetite
-make you leaner
 
Thanks J'bo. What I want most from steroids is an increase in tendon and ligament size and strength. That is what keeps me from making gains because of tendonitis. Like today I had to cut my w/o off because it flared up in my arms and now I may not be able to lift for a week. :(
 
Rock...if you have tendon problems already i really would not suggest you start...plus you look pretty good to me :shrug:

Ask Mudge though he is the expert.

I have talked to Mudge a bit, there are a few things that will actually increase the tendons and ligaments, but the doses have to be right. I just like to lift and am tired of not being able to because of this! :)
 
So why do you want to take them?

They arent going to help your tendons :scratch:
 
That's what i just posted. primbolan, adequan, deca will all increase tendons as long as you keep test levels low enough not to counteract the collegen synthesis. That's what I want to take. I can get cortisone shots in my arm, but all that will do is relieve the inflammation for awhile, eventually it'll be back. I want something that will strengthen the tendons so it no longer happens. Does this make sense, I know I'm confusing sometime! :)

As of RIGHT NOW, the goods BY FAR outweighed the bads (and i'm almost done).......

"bad"....
-ripped tendons: havent happened, and if you're smart, they won't happen
joint pain: steroids practically negate joint pain as they hold water in your joints that lubricate them (my rotator cuff usually gives me problems. on juice, they feel great)
-shrinking balls: hasnt happened
-phys. sides: no more acne than i'd normally get. rage? there is NO such thing. only time i got even mad was when the drunk asshole hit my car. whether i would've been on or off at the time, i wanted to kill him either way
-may turn obsessive: OH COME ON......like we are all not obsessive about BB. Yes, the idea of "small man syndrome" comes about, but i always feel like that no matter what.
-kidneys/blood pressure: not sure how the kidneys/liver are, but i'm gonna have them checked (i felt fine throughout). blood pressure: went up a bit in the beg., fine now

"good"......
-boost confidence: could go either way. you do feel huge, cuz the pumps, but then again, its no more than the feeling you get when you make natural gains.
-builds strength: no question. goes through the roof. you suprise yourself when you can keep throwing on more plates. and SIZE of course. the pumps you get make you feel like a dinosaur.
-boosts sexual app.:oh my gosh, you can't get enough
-make you leaner:its great. stayed lean and threw on the weight

yeah that is true rock, but using the anabolics won't make it last longer than the cycle, it isn't a permanent fix. Equipoise is also a drugs on that list than can help with collagen synthesis.
As for what Jbizzy said, I can speak for me when saying that getting to a certain size was an obsession long before I thought about the anabolics, long before! It isn't the AAS that causes the obsession, it is the AAS that is the result of the obsession, usually that is the case anyways

alright guys..........

i knows its been posted 1 MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIiillion times, but is it ok if i workout while i am not 100%

i plan on waiting till monday. right now, i'm just tired and have a cough. i can't wait much longer than monday. i have that dreaded small man complex (where no matter how big you get, you always feel small) and i really feel like i'm shrinking.

i guess its up to me, but you guys have any input since you've seen my entire "sickness"
 
Rule of thumb F, if your shickness is up in the head and not below, then you should be aight. If your lungs are still givin you probs them I would holdout, ya know what I am sayin?
 
If your feeling kinda ok, I would go and start out slowly. If you start to feel worse while there or not better I'd call it a day and head back home!

oh man, thats what i was afraid you were gonna say.

even though i'm getting over being sick, i have never, and really can't imagine myself doing a halfass workout.

will it really be that bad???

winter break just started,. and for the next week i have absolutely nothing to do except sub. teach if i want......(which i may do 1 day later in teh week)

so literally, i am gonna sleep as late as i can/want, relax and eat all day, go to the gym, then eat and relax all night hahaha (tough life while your in college)
 
Then maybe you can go harder at the gym, just eat and nap afterwards :)

i guess i'll just go hard, and if i feel like shit on tues, maybe go easier.
