Look, guy (or gal), this is a bodybuilding umbrella forum. We all are dealing with training and increased T-stuff, so what's the issue? Weight lifting is tuff, and I, personally, get a kick out of achieving my goals. Of course leg day is f*king awful, but there' deadlift day, (ugh) squat day (holy whatever), peck day (I hate this one), stretch day (yes, yes) and each one is a trip! By playing each experiece against daily shit, you survive... and progress.
How can this not be a boost? ... on your side
