Anyone get their meat from online?

No no not from craigslist trannys

Any of you guys order steaks from online companies like blackwing or eattogrow?
Ive been thinking about trying a sampler pkg from one of them. Of course i know its cheaper in the stores way cheaper but ive been having a lot of bad cuts from everywhere locally and its hard for me to eat a lot if the meat isnt top quality.
 
I get my fish and beef filets at Eat To Grow.. Everything else I get at Costco. ETG has great free range meets, a little pricey, but what food isn't these days!
 
No I don't as it really is hard to trust the validity as far as how sanitized their actual facility is. Ewwww. Lol.
 
No one you know has a farm? I split a cow with my parents every year. That's the way to go. You know exactly what it's been eating and what kind of shape it was in before it was sent to slaughter. Plus it's super cheap.

Another good idea is to hunt. Turkey, Deer, duck...etc. Other than you're time, it's practically free. I kill a couple deer every year just to stock the freezer. Plus it's really nice to spend time with friends and family while hunting. Just throwing out some ideas for you.
 
^ x 2 Even if you dont know anyone that owns a farm, you can buy 1/2 and 1/4 cows striaght frrom the slaughter house. I would bet that there is at least one in almost every state, just look.

Nah bro, in my area theres not any farms for miles, as far as hunting goes, im a real picky eater, i dont like game i can only manage to get beef and chicken down my throat w/o gagging.
The blackwing site claimbs their animals are all organic and antibiotic free and only about a dollar more per lb than the grocery store on sirloin

Eat Wild You can usually get totally grass fed beef jacked with omega 3's for 4-5/lb when your buying 1/4 and up. It doesn't take much room in a freezer. My large chest freezer will hold a full cow.

Just remember when cooking grass fed it's done 15 degrees less than the grain fed mutant beef because of the much lower fat content. So rare is 120 degrees in the middle. And if you eat anything cooked past rare turn in your man card.
 
I've always wanted to try Eat To Grow, but I have no problem getting quality beef & chicken.
