Ok, I do crunches every 2 days (still no 6 pack showing yet
). Ok, now sometimes when I position myself for crunches, two days after last doing them, I can feel the pain still in my abs from the crunches I did two days before.
So would this mean the muscles are still recovring? If it does, should I do crunches every 3 days instead of 2??
