I am cutting as 90% of the ppl here know. First of, i wanted to know if eating like 30 minutes before you go to sleep is going to hinder fat loss?.. And my question is..if im taking say 3 fish oil caps...i wouldnt have to take 1 TP of Natty PB would I? the fish oil throughout the day is suffiecent enough?

you're cutting? when did this start?

cottage cheese and fish oil or natty pb will make for a nice pre-nightime meal while cutting.

Because the casein in cottage cheese will help slow digestion down
:finger: Casein is a slow digesting protein. Fats slow down digestion.

I eat whites and a couple of yolks about 30-60 mins before bed

as long as you dont have carbs before bed, everything else should be fine.

I love these new "night time" proteins coming out...what a bunch of crap.

eat some real food before bed and the aminos will stay with you longer than any shake.

What's up, have been lurking a little, but extremely busy at work so I haven't had time to post. Things have eased up a little. How's things on your end.

mixed together they are nice, the PB totally eases the taste of the sickly cottage cheese

can you use walnuts as a sub. for the PB (i can't find the natural stuff anywhere over here!)

Go for it. The PB is just a good source of fat to slow down gastric emptying. Any other source of EFAs should do the trick just the same. I just love PB. I love cottage cheese too though.

To ease the taste of cottage cheese, I always add a scoop of choc protein powder (No carbs) and 2 to 3 spoonfulls of natty pb. Man it's like dessert for me.
