Hi, I am 16 years old and about 5'6 and I want to grow atleast another 3 inches. WHat can I do diet and excercise wise to become taller?

Yep, they can measure the bones in your hand to tell you this. Drugs CAN make some difference, but any diet that is not complete trash will help some probably more in bone density than actual growth height wise. I knew a 6'8" 175 pound guy who ate garbage, drank and smoked pot you name it. He reached that height in 10th grade, and he was always tall for his age.

Exercise wont do it.

Not to mention it is a fairly modern therapy, and any long-term side effects are unknown.
