I thought walking was the best excersie for fat burning.
Does it actually work or am i gonna b waisting my time while i cud be doing something better???

No, I like walking but ultra low impact is not "the best."

I love low impact stuff, but diet is key regardless of what you do, if you try to do it all by cardio your going to shave muscle too.

Hey that is the best choice. bro,, I'm 225 and I'm not a steroid user. I'm natural and can say that everything I have I earned the hard way. Hard training and hard dieting. Believe me, you go natural, train hard eat right, get enough sleep and use the legal "cheaper" suppliments out there, you'll gain size and that is a promise. Remember that when you train natural,, what you gain you keep. (Unless of course you quit working out all together) There is nothing more depressing then using steroids and seeing the weight gain and muscles grow,, lits get heavier and then, Poof,, you start to see 5 pounds coming off the bar every workout when you should be adding 5 pounds. You train hard and yet you feel weaker. Believe me there are downsides to using steroids. My advise expecially since your youn is use your natural testosterone. Damn man,,, when you get to my age, those levels drop off and everything becomes harder. Right now your body is loaded with test. Use it!!!!
 
I think my problem is that i dont eat enough.
I have been working out quiet hard for the last 9 months but havent seen many improvements physically. Sure i got alot stronger but under all the fat you cant see the muscle.
The reason why i dont eat enough is because im scared that i will put on more fat. Any suggestions?
 
Let me ask you this. how often do you eat. How many times a day? Do you eat alot of carbs? Drink beer?
What you need to do is break you meals down and eat 5 to 6 times a day. Now I know I have a problem doing that because I hate to eat. I replace 3 meals a day with protein shakes. I also keep the proteins high the carbs moderate and the fats low. Also be sure to take in pleanty of water throughout the day.
 
You also can possibly be over training. Start keeping an online journal in the jounal section here and people as well as myself would be glad to look it over and make suggestions.
 
I eat about 4 times a day and i have 2 protein shakes on my workout days and 1 on non workout days or i will just have lots of fish or canned tune. And i dont drink very often either.
Now the only thing i keep track of is how many grams of protein i have, and then i just eat. I dont have any idea how much CHO and Fats i eat. I eat quiet a bit of bread to and i drink lots of full cream milk. I train 3-4 times a week (weights) and do cardio atleast twice a week.

Where is the Journal section.
 
Ouh and another thing....i rarely eat fruits and veggies. Like... i mean never, i might have some fruit every now and thenn but veggies...maybe once in 3 weeks LOL

oh and so we are finding out more and more about this man down under. no raw veggies? No fruits? where are you getting your carbs from?

Everybody tells me jsut eat eat and eat if you wanna get big but i dont want to put on fat. What i do? lol
 
And ummm is it really so bad if i dont eat veggies...will it be a big advantege if i start eating them.

You have no Idea how much I hate when I see people say that. Eat Eat and Eat. that is fuqing bullshit. They need to be more specific that just thowing that out there like that just for the reason you just said. don't listen to those morons bro.

you want to take in at least (Minimum 1 to 1 1/2 grams) of protein per pound of body weight. that is how you'll know your eating the right amount.
Now I don't count carbs and fat either. You want to know how I measured it? frozen mixed vegitables,,, reach in the bag and pull out 1 handful. that is one serving. Season with herbs no butter. When I ate fruit with a meal it was always half of whatever it was. half an apple, half an orange, half a banana etc. the other half was for 2 meals later. Grapefuit also is an awesome fruit. It is also a natual diuretic (helps you loose weight). As for fat,, never measured that either. It comes natually in the good foods you eat. oh and add yams in there too. they are an excellent food choice. Plus they are natually flavored rather then a regular potatoe. you can tollerate a yam without putting butter or whatever on it. toss in brown rice also in place of white potatoes or white rice.

Do you have any suggestions on what sort of cardio is best for fat loss? I walk at the moment for about 35-40 mins.

But still i dont know where that journal section is lol

You need to balance your diet, if your trying to bulk and cut at the same time you better get your diet learnin' on if you expect to achieve 2 shits of a result.
 
If I want to cut should i start doing lower weights and higher repetitions as well as do cardio???
Id much rather stick to what im doing now because ive been going great last few weeks, Ive been putting on kgs on every workout it feels great lol.
 
It it works, don't fix it.

I can drop fat fairly easy without changing my workout routine too much and hitting the cardio. I may shorten my rest time between sets, but that is about it for workout changes. And cut out the crap before bedtime.

This goes to sikunt as well...................even with steriods, it is not easy. You still have to eat plenty and work your ass off, and get plenty of rest. No quick way! It takes years to build a good body. If you think you can get it quick or that steriods alone will do it, better get another hobby!

I've seen young 20 something white guys with crappy test levels, not everyone is even at 300 much less "loaded." These are people who have never done gear.

your body produces testosterone naturally. the average guys testosterone levels are at their highest at age 17. so even if your a few years older then that, your testosterone levels are still very high. They lower as you get older. So what I was saying,, since you have a natural high test level,, train hard and you will probably see gains quicker then say,, someone my age 41. You and I can do the exact workout, have the same bodytype, and you could still gain more size then me.

Sure mudge but statisticly speaking, if those young guys you speak of have such low levels then they will only drop off more as they get older.

You and I can do the exact workout, have the same bodytype, and you could still gain more size then me

Maybe, maybe not. Via hyperplasia you have made permanent and everlasting changes thanks to your own use, this has been proven. You are not neccessarily ever normal again after you stop using.
