This goes to sikunt as well...................even with steriods, it is not easy. You still have to eat plenty and work your ass off, and get plenty of rest. No quick way! It takes years to build a good body. If you think you can get it quick or that steriods alone will do it, better get another hobby!Originally posted by rookieisme
