hey question about using a training belt, A guy i used to work with who was a Personal trainer and BB always yelled at me for not using one. i never used one until recently. and the couple of times i used it for dead lifts it seemed to restrict my movement to much, and when i took the belt off it was easier? Any comments on why this is??? i have had serveral ppl spot me on occasion and they said my form was fine. imy just confused???
