Today is going to be a high intensity session. A good friend of mine suggested that I shock my system today. I told him that whatever he thinks I should do, I have no problem following it. So, with my shoulder session today, its going to be reps in the 12-20 range, supersets, dropsets, etc., with 25-30 seconds tops in between sets. Then Im going immediately to cardio for 30 mins.
only one carb meal today, which is meal #1, a 1/2 cup of oats with my shake. Im about to get my ass whooped hahaha

I wont ever complain about cardio again. Yesterday when I was at the gym, I was on the elliptical for about 15 minutes and then I started trying to make excuses in my head as to why I had to stop and go home. I was thinking "its getting late, and I havent seen my wife all day" "I need to get home and have my next meal" etc etc, just a bunch of bullshit.
Then I heard a song on the speakers that reminds me of an old friend of mine who gave his life defending this country. I thought about how pathetic it was that he gave his life for us, and left behind his wife and family, and here I am complaining about cardio. Never again.

check this out fellas. Whenever I tell my wife Im going to get a cycle she says "we dont have the money for your stupid steroids", then yesterday she orders concert tickets, $270 for 2. started off as $35 lawn tickets. Women man, I tell ya...(could have got me a nice little cycle with that...)
