Bent-over rows did nothing for me. But, this is just me.
Perhaps he used too much weight? Just recently I dropped a few pounds of my rows and concentrated on squeezing at the top and taking it slow. It felt like I had a sunburn on my back. Good stuff.min0 lee said:Were you doing them correctly? They add so much thickness.

Thats hard to do that weight at a slow pace, once I go over 185 Lbs. on rows I start to use a bit too much momentum. I hope by the end of summer I reach 225.Mudge said:One of the best backs I ever saw, was a guy who rowed with only 225 sloooooowly. ..
