Biggest obstacles to your fitness goals?

Time. It's hard to find time to work out with a job, a kid, and all the stuff that a home requires. On me specifically, I have crappy genetics. My build is lanky and most of my weight is carried in my stomach.

Not allowing the hot ladies stretching or on the treadmills distract me longer than 5 minutes.

UPDATE:

My girlfriend is slowly but surely helping me overcome this obstacle.

We've been conducting more tandem training sessions the last couple weeks.

Living with friends and them going out clubbing all the time, it's just too tempting!

My Job. I'm a surgeon, and my work hours are anarchic. Doesn't allow me to plan ahead diet and training easily

I am mentally stress after work so my mental ability is sometimes the obstacles during my workouts:)Hope to overcome this obstacle:)

Binge eating

Genetics - probably the one thing that makes me want to give up on lifting...mine aren't shit for building muscle but I just don't like how/where it piles on.

Money

Shitty Shoulder

drugs and alcohol.

I dont eat clean enough. When i do cardio my chicken legs get smaller and my gut stays the same.

When my diverticulitis flares up
And the fricking heat right now, it's 104 outside 8:35 at night

My girlfriend. She keeps getting jealous when I get bigger. More girls notice me that way. Why can't she be happy for me? It's not like I'm even flirting with other girls!

Well right now its being sick, wasn't able to lift the last couple days and I feel like crap.

For me, its constantly having to buy bigger sizes. When i started getting serious i was a medium shirt. Now im an xl. Whos made of money that they can keep buying bigger and bigger clothes? But seriously, i guess just lack of energy now a days for me...

Finding jeans that fit my small waste yet still leave me room in my legs is rough.

Very light and thin bones, and not getting a good night sleep.
